Returns and Refund Policy
At Namastey Australia, we are committed to providing you with quality products. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’ve outlined the guidelines below to help ensure a smooth process.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please note: Change of mind returns are not accepted. We encourage you to review the product details thoroughly before making a purchase.
Conditions for Returns
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all packaging intact.
- Products must be returned to us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Process

Contact Us: To initiate a return or refund, please email us at returns@namastey.com.au with the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the issue (e.g., damaged or incorrect product)
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect product (if applicable)

Return Label: After we receive your return request and confirm the issue, we will provide you with a Sendle return label.
- The customer will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping.
- You can print and attach the Sendle return label to your return parcel.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process your return, exchange, or refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item only (excluding shipping fees).
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after we have received the returned item.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different product or size, we are happy to assist, subject to product availability.
- If the exchanged item is of a higher value, you will be asked to pay the price difference.
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.
Store Credit
If you choose store credit instead of a refund, a 10% bonus will be added to your store credit amount as a thank you for choosing this option.
