Returns and Refund Policy

At Namastey, every product we send out carries the love, care, and craftsmanship of our artisans. We genuinely hope you adore what you receive — but if something goes wrong, we’re here to make it right.

💛 What Can Be Returned 

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged Items: If your item is damaged during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Incorrect Items: If we accidentally sent the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Unsatisfactory Quality – If your item arrives defective or does not meet your reasonable expectations, please reach out — we’ll review it case by case with care.

Please note: Because our pieces are handcrafted in small batches, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or if the item was purchased by mistake. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing, and reach out if you’d like extra photos or clarifications before you buy — we’re always happy to help.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product 
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • If the item is damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping — it won’t cost you a thing.

How to Start a Return

To get started, please email us at support@namastey.com.au with:

    • Your Order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect product 

Once we’ve reviewed your request and confirmed the issue, we’ll email you a prepaid Australia Post return label — just print, pack, and drop it off at the nearest Australia Post office. If you don't have an office near you, please let us know and we'll arrange for something else! (Sendle, for example).

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • The refund will cover the cost of the item (excluding any original shipping fees).
  • Please allow 7–10 business days from the time we receive the returned item for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

Since our products are handcrafted in small batches, we’re unable to offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different design, you're welcome to place a new order — and we’ll be happy to assist you every step of the way.

Store Credit Option

Prefer a store credit over a refund? We’ll add a 10% bonus as a small thank-you for staying with us 💛
