What does 99.7% copper actually mean?

Our copper products are made from 99.7% lab-certified pure copper - the highest possible purity suitable for food-grade use.

Why not 100%? Because true 100% copper is too soft and unstable for daily use. That tiny 0.3% allows it to be shaped and remain safe.

Many brands claim 100%, but very few prove it - we do, with a verified test report.
